Field Report: One of the greatest parts about working for a media company with an in-house research firm is learning how to be brave and excited when faced with an Excel sheet full of numbers. In the last few years, I’ve used data to tell stories about menu trends, technology and labor. For this article, I broke up all the data in CSP’s War for Convenience report with a flow chart on whether convenience stores should offer delivery.
