Field Report: For this story, I learned how to project manage stories with more than 30 moving parts. I reached out to dozens of industry leaders for their nominations of rising stars in foodservice. One sentiment I heard from several nominees was that it was challenging to win the trust of their teams as a young foodservice leader. I thought it would be really valuable to get all these professionals in a room to share best practices. Now, the company’s events division is in the process of developing meetings or sessions around this theme. Read the story here.
